This is an online form that determines whether you are classified as a resident of North Carolina. If you are considered as a resident, you will be able to receive in-state tuition at North Carolina Colleges.

What Do I Need?
1. Personal email
2. Use CFNC account username and password
3. Drivers license number or alien registration number/Tax ID number
4. Parents information (Social Security info, tax information, birthdate. etc.).
